We only keep records of customer data long enough to satisfy customer needs (delivery, refunds, etc.). After 120 days from the purchase the customer records will be automatically deleted, including shipping manifests.
We do not allow our customers to create accounts to our store for security reasons.
Shipping and Handling:
When the zines leave our dispatch, they are always packed with preservation and expedited delivery of your precious zine in mind. Unfortunately, to offer global free shipping, we need to rely on a network of third parties that include national post offices, so the delivery times of your zines may vary. You can see the estimated delivery time for your selected shipping option in the shopping basket. We are constantly working on finding better, more secure and more affordable options for you to choose for your purchase. Note that you can now purchase a tracking code for your zine for added security.
We have had some reports of mishandling of the zines by the mail and our envelopes now say ”Don’t bend.”
Refunds and Replacements:
We recognise that there is a risk of a loss of the shipment somewhere along the way. If this happens to you, kindly get in touch with email@example.com to find out what we can do to help you. In the case of a lost shipment, we will refund you or offer you one of our other volumes as a replacement if the volume lost is no longer available. We start the re-fund processing after 120 days in transit after which we consider the shipment permanently lost.
